Appiano - water - Cross stone walk

Which Water in Appiano at the Wine route are "Locals" among us” well known. Anyway I've personally never seen them. This must change today!

Because this time of year eh no longer appropriate to the highest peaks and as the best friend of all to climb, as always in the Autumn , Dear between the Vineyards walk goes, We choose the Spaziergang : Appiano – Water – Cross stone – Appiano .

We travel to Appiano, in the Centre and Park our car just above the Ice rink. Here the path starts Nr. 7A southbound. Respect for, Don't make the mistake immediately after the ice rink Hiking routes up to run.

First walk We see the ice rink, along the Road blocked for cars, Stream past middle school Appiano and along a small with a grid covered. It goes between the houses through South. After approximately 15 Right turn minutes and wandern in the forest. Chestnut trees along our way. Sorry, you are Chestnut from this against just one A.

The hike is very easy to be considered, you could say even walk.

After approximately 40 min we arrive at a Forest junction at . Signs point to the way the Eisloechern. It is only 5 Minutes to the wondrous holes. The water be now in the autumn little icy. Instead we see a beautiful, Mossy, Radiant emerald green Woodland from deep holes in the ground going in the.

Air flows from the holes, which of the darüberlegenden mountains (Gant) a column system crashes and it cools. The severe cold air will remain as Kaltluftsee with approximately 5 M above sea level is located in the Eislöchern and often causes a Icing same. So much for the explanation of the Naturphänomens water.

We can be of the wondrous scenery, I would describe them almost as magical, lull before we go back to the forest crossroads.

Now we move further towards cross stone. The path leads on quiet roads through vineyards, passing on Castle MossSchulthaus and passing on Hotel Steinegger, then on the Eppaner trail to Landgasthaus cross stone. Again the path gives up views Appiano , St . Pauls, Girlan und Bolzano free. Of course you can also the famous peaks: Schlern , Rose garden , Weißhorn und Schwarzhorn see .

After a glass of good wine we walk the path Nr. 8 following towards Appiano. It goes back through Vineyards und Orchards. The last piece of the hike takes us across the street Appiano Perdonig back to the car park before the ice rink.
